Lazarus

The Lord, Friend to Thorntonius, came unto Lazarus so as to raise him from the Dead and spake thus to the multitudes, “Behold what hast come to tempt me: a small and muscular Daemon with a Fallen Woman in his mouth and breath as foul as Wormwood. And he is passing Fair and also Comical.

Yet he interrupteth mine Work. Today is the day I have set aside for Lazarus, and so begone ye Child of Darkness, ye Chewer of Women.”

And the Daemon departed, and with him the Fallen Woman. Lazarus arose to the Singing of Birds.
